Sigurdson is through to the next round

Bob Sigurdson defeated Jim Winfield and they are now throwing shootout rocks to determine the playoff draw. They are looking solid heading into their next match.

Muntain and Riach are tied at five playing eight. The bell has just sounded, so they are only getting nine ends in today. There have been a lot of rocks in play all game, so it's not surprising.

Kerry Burtnyk also advances with a strong finish against Carruthers. He drew for two to close it out at 9-5, and now they are participating in the playoff draw shootout.
